Package Price: $1,250.00 The Serenity Package, for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so)

and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision.

• 2-3 in-person or Zoom meetings includes venue walkthrough.
• One Lead Coordinator / One Assistant Coordinator.
• Unlimited contact via email and text from the time of contract.
• Wedding Day Timeline created and distributed to vendors.
• Wedding Day to do List.
• Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Guide created.
• Direct rehearsal / wedding / reception.
• Wedding day-of execution up to 12hrs.
• Vendor confirmation / contract review / coordination.
• Periodic check-ins to assure that details are going as planned.
• Cross-check venue set up.
• Distribute bouquets & pin boutonnieres.
• Signal First Dance / toast / cake cutting etc.
• Style and execute wedding details (escort cards, favors, guest books, etc.).
• Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors.
• Retain the marriage license for the officiant.
• Secure wedding gifts/cards at the end of night.
• Date Change / Postponement Assistance.
