A consultation must be scheduled for design services to begin in-home or at an onsite location consisting of a 2hr minimum. Prior to, your contact info will be attained and a $500 retainer must be paid. Once received a questionnaire will be emailed to you starting your process. In the comfort of your residence, we will get acquainted. We will discuss your vision plus expectations of your space, while mutually deciding on ideas which bring your vision to life. We'll discuss scope of work, time frame and budget; all while going through the questionnaire that was emailed to you. Your retainer is a show of good faith that it is your expectation that our services will be rendered.

 A scope of work from detailed ideas discussed in our initial consultation are converted into preliminary sketches. Colors, samples, and swatches are selected and mood boards are created. A proposal is generated and fees are determined through rigorous research and development.  A preliminary design meeting is scheduled to go over the overall design concept and cost for approval.

Once the scope of work, preliminary design, design proposal and design fees are approved and your deposit is paid, we're all set to let our creative juices flow. The design development phase is all about leaving no stone unturned while adding all of the details. Further developing the preliminary sketches Space planning with floorplans, elevations, with the final design being converted into 3D for client approval. Approved designed is translated into construction documents for contractors.

Once the design process has been approved, time to have some fun! Time to go shopping! All items and finishes are sourced for your space, while together approving all selections for purchase (up to two revisions) to create your perfect space. Working with trade resources and manufacturers, coordinating delivery and shipping of items before the installation phase begins. 

Project installations will be scheduled and coordinated. On site project management is to be expected, with contractors and builders, ensuring quality installations. Anticipated furniture and décor arrivals will be gathered until styling. Once the room or rooms are completed we would then do a walkthrough reveal! As you would then see the details, designing, and planning come together. VOILA!
