Owner, Shonica McRoy in 2011 graduated Cum laude from the International Academy of Design & Technology with a BFA in Interior Design. In addition, she studied abroad and interned in London, England which left her completely inspired to be unique. Although  upon graduating due to an opportunity, set design was her first direction strongly taken for approximately 5yrs. Set design alone although successful, would not hold her interest. Taking a small hiatus but always active, her path was re-directed back to interior design, where she would now posses a sleuth of carpentry skills due to being a set builder. The economy though was up and down due to  a weakened housing market in regard to Interior design. So seeing that the event world was booming, she seized the moment and expanded her horizon into the event industry! 

Who knew one degree could prepare an individual in such a capacity! She was set ablaze like the Phoenix Rising! Designing everything from weddings, invitations, special events, and of course beautiful interiors only the sky was the limit.  Soon after, putting the icing on the cake, she became a winner in 'The Knot Best of Weddings 2019' all while being a home based business. So as an experienced entrepreneur, it was enviable that she would have a brick and mortar business, as she received her keys on June 15, 2019 at her new location!
