 You may receive a credit for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation, if your event is affected by COVID-19, As stated in our contract, all payments are non-refundable.

The option is to postpone your event or use credit toward a future event. If customized items have been ordered, fresh flowers have been purchased and/or vendors have been paid for a service that cannot be used toward a future event, the cost will be deducted from the payments made.
